Booking Guidelines:

• No bookings will be accepted within three (3) days of departure. Please call Travel 2000 Group at 800-633-9724 to book.
• E-Tickets are currently available for internet bookings for selected itineraries.
• On E-tickets itineraries there will be NO paper tickets issue.

Fare Guarantees:

• Fare is guaranteed at time of booking only when accompanied by a valid credit card payment. In the event of a credit card transaction being declined for any reason, fare is subject to change until a valid form of payment is received by Travel 2000 Group.
• Fares that are booked on the last day to ticket must be submitted by 2:00 PM Eastern time. Bookings made after the 2:00 PM deadline will not be honored.
• Travel 2000 Group may rebook certain itineraries due to routing problems or schedule changes. The new itinerary will be emailed to the booking agent for approval prior to ticketing.
• All changes to payment information must immediately be called in directly to Travel 2000 Group.

Payment:

• We accept the following credit cards:
      American Express
      Visa
      MasterCard
      Discover Card 
• In some cases there will be an additional service charge if the airline does not accept credit card as a form of payment. Please check with us prior to ordering a ticket with a credit card as a form of payment.
• DEBIT CARDS CANNOT BE USED.
• Checks Payment: Check payment reservations will be held for three (3) days. A copy of the check must be faxed to us prior to ticketing issuance.
• We do not accept third party credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Travel 2000 Group charges $12.00 for courier two day delivery.
• Tickets will be delivered within (5) five business days after the reservations are complete with a valid form of payment.
• Payments received after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will not be processed until the following business day.
• Next day delivery will be billed to the customer account only.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations:
  Cancellation penalties or fees of $25.00 apply to all canceled bookings. Penalties will also be listed in the confirmation email you receive after completing the booking. Cancellation will be accepted only the next business day of the ticketing date. If this cancellation is made the same day of departure there will be NO cancellation possible.
• Refunds:
  Once tickets are returned to Travel 2000 group, a standard period of four weeks is required to process refunds. All tickets returned for refund must also have the commission amount returned to Travel 2000 Group.

Name Changes:

• Name changes are not permitted. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting a booking for ticketing. Travel 2000 Group is unable to absorb fees imposed by carriers for the reissue of tickets due to incorrect information or to correct spelling errors. It is the responsibility of the retail or sub-agent to ensure the accuracy of information supplied. To avoid errors, it is suggested that the passengers' names and ages be matched and double-checked against the traveler's passport information at the time of booking.

Frequent Flyer/Special Meal or Seating Requests Schedule Changes:

• Once booked and ticketed, it is the responsibility of the retail agent, or passenger, to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, or to arrange seating. It is the responsibility of the passenger to confirm the times of the flights which have been booked at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure.

Travel Documents:

• It is the responsibility of the retail agent and passenger to ensure valid passport and entry visas are obtained for all destinations. Travel 2000 Group is not responsible for any visas or other documentation required for traveling.
